My graph looks like this:
It is actually fairly simple to create this.
Here are the data from A1:E6:
In my graph I added 5 series:
So I added Total Amount twice. The last three series are all plotted on the secondary axis and the graph type is stacked column. Series overlap 100 % and Gap width 200%.
Both Total Amount series are plotted on the primary axis. Graph type column. Series overlap 0 % and Gap width 0%. The second Total Amount series has no color.
The X-axis is formatted as a date axis. The dates are formatted as year, jjjj (in my Dutch case).
